At a cool £32 million, you could own what looks to be half of East Croydon….
Planning permission granted already for 159 luxury residential apartments and a 225 bedroom hotel. Some super quick calculations show that should you sell just the 159 apartments at a throw away price of £200,000, your already at £31.8 million.
