Listed with Streets Ahead – the layout looks like you can get 5 beds in (1 with it’s own kitchen), each room rented at a minimum of £550pm (you’ll get more) with a purchase price of £380k (you’ll get it for less – ask me how to negotiate property prices with Estate Agents)

I highly recommend this book if you are looking to invest in HMOs. It’s got tons of great reviews too, so i’m not the only one who thinks its got great advice!
