Earlier this week a landlord came into the office after reading my blog with an investment property to Let. He has been searching for properties over 5% yield, and was convinced that there are no more available.
Well, after a very quick search I found one that, if the Agent has calculated correctly, should show a 6.25% yield, and has possibilities for further extensions.
Looks pretty good if i’m honest…

It’s a big 6 bed property, and what looks to be very well suited for renting as a HMO. Being very close to South Croydon Station too, it’s in a good location. In this location, the value with increase in the next 5 – 7 years too, so you could benefit from great capital gains too!
