Another one from Barnard Marcus today. At the time of writing they have actually made a mistake, naming this a 3 bed flat, when in actual fact, as the floor-plans show it is a 2 bed flat. The odd thing is, is that is very easily changed into a 3 bed flat due to it’s friendly layout.

Looks like it needs a bit of work, but nothing that your average builder can’t fix in a day.
Property Price: £210,000
Rent: £1350 (as a 3 bed) or £1250 as a two bed
Yield: 7.7% (as a 3 bed) or 7.14% as a two bed
