Well, I wasn’t sure about this… I was looking through the portals (Rightmove etc) and I saw a few properties listed on this one particular road: Windsor Road in Thornton Heath.
The road is mostly dominated by 2 bed terraced houses, and is very popular with the small families and investors letting to tenants.
According to Rightmove’s Market Info, based within 0.5 miles, similar 2 bed properties sold for:
- £330,000
- £300,000
- £285,000
- £350,000
- £375,000
So, being priced at £325,000, this seems a little high… mainly because it looks like this!
I don’t agree with this pricing.
The property is listed with Barnard Marcus and a couple of other agents. Link to property: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-41555097.html … Might be worth a viewing, perhaps I am missing something that is not shown in the adverts.
