Through my daily search though Rightmove and Zoopla I found this deal that I believe to be a great investment!
These 3 bed terraced houses tend to pull in the small families (couple with 1 / 2 kids, or a few sharers). In my experience, renting to sharers will bring you the best return on your investment (ROI), as they will be willing to pay a bit more (perhaps they will have friend or two staying there sometimes and they may contribute to the rent). The disadvantage is that the property will incur greater wear and tear. Do you care? If no, then you should maximise on your asset and get as much money in as you can.
